1. Development of Scientific and Technological Achievement Growth Services

This area includes providing development services for nurturing innovative ideas and technologies, establishing incubation centers, and facilitating technology transfer among BRICS member countries.

2. Exploring Collaboration Mechanisms in Startup Acceleration and Growth

The Xiamen collaboration network examines and provides acceleration and development programs for startups, infrastructure support, and facilitation of investments.

3. Organizing Collaborative Activities and Experience Exchange

The network organizes knowledge and experience exchange activities in scientific innovation among science and technology parks, universities, research institutions, and technology transfer centers in BRICS countries.
