Digital Map of BRICS Special Economic Zones
The BRICS member countries have taken a significant step to enhance investment opportunities and economic cooperation by introducing a digital map of their Special Economic Zones (SEZs). This map was unveiled during the 3rd International SEZ Conference 2025 in Moscow.
According to the Director of Multilateral Economic Cooperation and Special Projects at Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development, the digital map serves as a centralized information hub, providing precise access to details about SEZs across BRICS countries.
Investors can access critical information regarding investment incentives, customs regulations, priority sectors, and active companies along with their contact details. Given BRICS’ growing global influence, this digital map represents a key step toward improving trade relations and business collaboration among member countries.
Companies and investors can now make more informed investment decisions in SEZs and take advantage of shared business opportunities. This innovative project exemplifies the use of digital technology to facilitate international investment and economic coordination, potentially accelerating sustainable development and industrial cooperation across BRICS nations.
