From Waste to Resources and Drug-Free Wastewater Projects: Innovation in Water Resources and Treatment
From Waste to Resources Project
The second BRICS competition in the field of water resources, water treatment, and pollution control involved all five member countries.
This project aimed to develop an efficient method to reduce costs and energy consumption in water treatment equipment using membrane layers.
This technology enabled the purification of water and recovery of organic and inorganic materials in remote areas, rivers, seas, urban wastewater, and agricultural and industrial effluents.
Following the completion of this project, several further collaborations in this field emerged among the consortium member countries.
