The BRICS Seminar on Governance and Cultural Exchanges was held on September 23, 2024, in Moscow, under the theme “The Path of BRICS Countries Toward Modernization.”
The event was organized by the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies, and was attended by more than 120 representatives from BRICS member countries and international organizations.
